Pros

- Split electricity: bill has always been below $80 even when AC has been on all day. Unheard of in other buildings - Doormen are nice and cleaning staff are always super friendly

Cons

- Elevators are always broken. Sometimes you need to allocate more than 10-15 mins during rush hour in order to get up and down - Walls are paper thin you can hear someone cough - Building management is unprofessional and awful once you sign the lease

Good apartments in Downtown Brooklyn

Pros

- Close to everything - Good appliances and finish of the apartment is modern - Pretty good gym - Front desk has nice people - Good sound insulation from neighbors
