This is a landlord live in and owned small private house. I rented a unit here via craigslist, they charged me 2x brokers fee(illegal). Landlords lied about getting cable/wifi service so that i could sign the lease- too many cable boxes in the house- its capped off. So you move here- no wifi! The walls here also seem to be very very thin, I could hear all the conversations from upstairs- and they could here mines. Huge water bugs crawling around and one even crawled up my leg one day (no lie) and neighbors are extremely NOSEY! Also the Landlord would knock on my door possibly 3 times a day for various random reasons... Absolutely no privacy here whatsoever- Moved out in two weeks and considered it a loss!!
Advice to the owners
Don’t rent this unit to anyone else, this is illegal what your doing.
