Pros
I lived there over 3 years and they didn't really raise the rent. The landlord is really responsive over email. As long as you're clear and direct with your asks, it's also a steal for how close you are to an express stop
Cons
We had a really bad roach infestation one time and we've heard of other people getting mice in the apartment. We got it handled and under control but it was just a really stressful time when there were roaches
Advice to the owners
Our apartment was really old so we needed to be able to get it updated, like repainted and regrounded and whatnot. We just never had the opportunity to
