I will miss living here
Pros
Elevator, in-unit laundry, nice neighbors. Super is usually responsive.
Cons
Had a leak in my roof. It basically leaked whenever it rained. Took them months to fix it.
Advice to the owners
Would be nice to have a better buzzer system to allow multiple tenants in a unit to buzz guests in

Good place to live

Great location, no pests, in unit washer and drier
Cons
Unit is kind of small, bedroom can get hot at times even with AC at full blast.
