Amazing building management

Pros:
This building has the best management and they take good care of the building, the laundry room is clean and management vacuums often.
Cons:
Not the building necessary but the subway is far away
Advice to owner:
Keep doing a good job!

Richard is quick to respond, clean building, good laundry room, clean trash area, trash chute on every floor
Cons:
Really loud crowd outside, there are definitely sketchy people. A homeless man lives right outside the building in an alcove and is almost always there. I’ve seen him using the bathroom on the building multiple times and he never gets taken away. The ac units go into a box in the wall and in the winter it’s covered by a metal cover and the wind comes through and is really loud and cold. Loud radiator sounds.

It’s overall a good place

Pros:
Responsive kind landlord. Super clean. I’ve never seen even a bug in my years living here. Depending on the side of building you live on can be quiet.
Cons:
If you live on the street side on a lower floor it can be loud - East 10th is an emergency vehicle route so sirens can be annoying/wake you up. Block is p dirty but building is a gem!
