The street has a ton of stores, bars, restaurants etc

Cons

-Management team doesn’t work past 5, so if you have issues and a full time job - good luck. -lots of vermin - the building is on a slant - the front door is usually broken so anyone can come in or out.

Advice to the owners

Get this place professionally fixed cause it’s gross.
