It’s a decent building
Pros
It’s overall clean and tenants are nice and kind. Many families.
Cons
Pests are a big problem and hallways can smell.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of pests such as mice and roaches and we won’t have a problem. Also answer emails in a timely manner.

A Nice Place
Pros
Great transportation, beautiful Art Deco building, very responsive super, building kept in good shape.
Cons
No real complaints.
