I'm one flight from lobby

There's no intercoms to get in the building
Advice to owner:
Before moving a family in a apartment, you should clean close up all holes in walls and throw away any old furniture

My apartment is infested with water bugs my stove don’t work and it’s a lot of holes

Hurry up and fix things in these apartments who wants to live like this
