Great locaton, nice landlord, old building
Pros
The location is prime Fort Greene and the landlord is pretty responsive and kind. It’s nice to be in a small building and know your neighbors.
Cons
Because it’s an old building things are a little wonky— slanted floors, a bit of a roach problem, outdated radiators, and Lafayette is a busy street so it can be noisy at prime hours.
Advice to the owners
Spray the building more frequently for roaches and work on upkeep inside and outside of the building.

Good building nice landlord
Pros
Landlord is very responsive and nice.
Cons
Building is old and has some troubles. Heat is too high when on.

More cleaning would be nice
