Bang for your buck (sort-of)
Pros
- great location - in unit washer/dryer - pest control comes by monthly - generally quiet on the block since there is a school a few doors down and so the street is blocked off during the day
Cons
- intercom does not work which can cause issues with getting mail - trash constantly piles up in the bins and overflows - mice have a been problem
Advice to the owners
Fix the intercom and get rid of the mice and trash issues
Apartments are nice, building could be cleaner
Pros
The apartment layout is nice and you get a lot for the price. All of the apartments (I believe) come with an in-unit washer/dryer and wall air conditioners.
Cons
The building is not well maintained and the hallways are often dirty/smell bad. There is a trash collection problem and the trash cans frequently overflow. The super is not very responsive.
Advice to the owners
Please maintain the building better (cleaning/trash pick up).
