Horrible landlords

Pros

Nothing that made it worth it

Cons

Landlords do not care about this building, just want your rent. Was asked to give a year of checks in advance. Apartment heating was useless because it’s not sealed for winter, had 500$ heating bills and was still cold. HAD RATS IN MY APARTMENT. Giant leaks that left water streaming down the walls that grew mold. They cut every corner possible when renovating. Mailboxes don’t lock so my mail was constantly getting my mail stolen. Just an absolute nightmare trying to get anything fixed.

Advice to the owners
