Solid building in a good area

Cons:
pest - roaches are bad and plentiful here.

Pros:
This is one of the best maintained buildings I’ve lived in during my 9 years in NYC. Other tenants are kind and respectful. Management is responsive, timely, and really friendly. Zali, the maintenance guy, is the absolute best! The building’s
lobby is cleaned multiple times a week and always smells and feels clean.
Cons:
My only complaint about this building is that it does not get very much natural light. I only toured my apartment at night so it didn’t occur to me that lack of sunlight might be an issue. I’d recommend touring the apartment during the day.
Advice to owner:
A new door buzzing system would be really cool, but otherwise keep doing what you’re doing because it’s working!
