Nice building but some issues

Pros

- no pests (new building) - lots of amenities and no fee for first year - very friendly staff (front desk staff, porters, cleaning, etc.)

Cons

- management slow to respond - wifi can be spotty in common areas - amenities and finishes in apartment look nice but are made cheaply
