Pros

Great location, nice outdoor areas. Laundry worked well most of the time, and they seemed to fix quick if broken. Relatively quiet block

Cons

No dishwasher in all apartments, storage is a little expensive

Advice to the owners

Add dishwashers, otherwise a good place

Overall Great Experience

Pros

Responsive management and maintenance, no bugs, elevator, trash chutes, outdoor courtyard, good location, laundry in basement

Cons

there are only 2 driers for 3 washers so laundry takes a while and the machines tend to have problems
