The location of the building.
Cons
The building look good outside however there is a lot of problem with the structure. The building has a bedbug problem. which you will not know until it is to late. Because the landlord is not truthful regarding the bedbugs and when informed does not really address the problem properly.
Advice to the owners
Need to take care of the bedbug infestation in the building and stop buying cheap second hand appliances.
