Roomy for Price
Pros
Neighbors are really nice and keep to themselves, fairly quiet
Cons
The building is kinda running down a little on the outside (e.g. the glass is broken on the front door so you can open the door from the inside to let yourself into the building) I feel like I heard rats often

Heater difficult to control Water pressure not strong with hot water
