Childhood home of 20 years

Pros

Loved growing up here! Management is kind and responsive and the building staff is like a second family. Elevator is always kept in great shape with regular inspections and maintenance, laundry is available in the basement.

Cons

Pre-war building heaters keep the place a little toasty but i just turn it off in the summer!
