Typical slumlord situation

Pros

Great neighborhood, nice neighbors,

Cons

Management doesn’t seem to care about the tenants at all. They went on holiday while we had a carbon monoxide leak in the building. The hallways are in poor repair, lights are always burnt out in public areas, and the garbage situation in front of the building is gross

Advice to the owners

Spend money on routine maintenance- it will benefit you in the long run
