Pros

Large apartments with spacious rooms and outdoor space. Generally quiet street in a great neighborhood. Lots of natural light. Laundry in building. Rent increases have been reasonable.

Cons

The super is difficult to get in contact with, so repairs take a long time to get done. The bathtubs/showers are in need of updates. Have had issues with cockroaches a few times over the years, but usually only during the change in seasons.
