noisy on lower floors, rude management

apartment is spacious, laundry room is generally free

the train is loud and shakes my walls. maintenance is rude and semi responsive. some tickets are fixed quick and others are marked resolved without actually being fixed. my neighbor leaves diapers in the recycling bin instead of getting a trash bag. management is unwilling to provide solutions but is quick to scold you if you “break” any of their rules

Advice to the owners

should’ve constructed the building better. maybe better windows to help sounds the noises from fulton. give disclaimers to people before signing the lease. management needs to get a tone check
