Classic Hell's Kitchen Pre-War
Pros
Great location, spacious (for HK) apartments, only three apartments per floor. Top floor apartments are light-filled, and apartments on the back of the building are quiet.
Cons
Building management can be difficult to get in touch with, Super can be slow to respond, walk-up building.

It's not the worst, but you could probably find a better apartment
Pros
-very conveniently located -water pressure was fine -maintenance most of the time, is very quick
Cons
-MICE -heat is turned on at weird times -there are a lot of short term rentals
Advice to the owners
Maybe deal with the mice and short term rentals...
