Not so good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway.
Cons:
Leaks, appliance issues, mold, hear everything with neighbors/outside, maintenance never fixes issues (been 6 mo), very small couldn’t have more than 2 people in apartment at a time, no elevator, to expensive for quality.

Great First Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated, great appliances, well constructed, great rooftop, basement storage and laundry, large windows, central A/C, funny sounding fire alarm, good security, decent location, and overall nice first nyc apartment
Cons:
Management can be a bit slow to respond, expensive electric bills, units are pretty small but most nyc apartments are, and the neighbors make a lot of noise in the summer
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive to respond to maintenance and tenant inquires
