solid building to live in
Pros
The building itself was super clean and new. The apartments were all updated and had new appliances. It was kept clean and the super was very responsive and came to fix things quickly. Everyone living there is around 20s, so the building also just had good vibes as well.
Cons
Had one cockroach in my apartment and one dead one in the laundry room in the basement. Street can get a bit loud but its not terrible. Electricity does get pretty expensive ($200/month) for a 2 bed and it does get kinda cold at night.
