-I was without heat for three days during peak winter, creating hazardous living conditions. Additionally, the heating system remained on in a few summer days, making the apartment unbearably hot. A malfunctioning thermostat forced us to sleep with windows open in winter, once resulting in a cat's neighbor entering our room. -The hot water has failed multiple times, particularly in winter. While repairs have been made, the issue persists, making daily life difficult. - My right to privacy has been repeatedly violated. The landlord has displayed excessive control over my personal life, particularly regarding my guests and relationships. There have been intrusive questions and comments about my love life, and my boyfriend's visits have been scrutinized and unreasonably restricted. I feel constantly watched and unable to have visitors without interference, which creates an uncomfortable and stressful living environment. - Neighbor disputes remain unaddressed, and urgent repairs, such as a collapsed second-floor bathroom ceiling, were only handled after multiple 311 complaints. Tenants lacked bathroom access for days without alternative arrangements. -The landlady has been consistently rude, dismissive, and inflexible, showing no consideration for the tenants' concerns. Requests for necessary accommodations or repairs are often ignored or delayed, making it difficult to live comfortably in the apartment.
Advice to the owners
Sell the property asap.
