great neighborhood and parking
Cons
The worst management I have ever experienced from NBM. They refused to respond or do any upkeep. Cockroach infestation, 1300 dollar heating bills, because there is no central heat and the windows aren't sealed. Trash piles up because the trashcans are chained to the wall. NBM didn't give us any AC for the summer (refused to fix the HVACS and there's no central air).
Advice to the owners
I read reviews before leasing and I ignored red flags. DO NOT IGNORE THIS RED FLAG. Until NBM no longer manages this unit, DO NOT RENT.

Derelict building on a beautiful block

Location, spaciousness, w/d in unit
Cons
Too expensive for what it is, full of mold, facade is CRUMBLING
Advice to the owners
Maintain your building! It is your property and it is falling apart
