Rats in the walls, black mold in the mini splits

Pros:
There are zero pros about this building. This building should be reclaimed by the city. It is a public health hazard.
Cons:
There are rats that swarm the trash room that trigger the motion sensor lights every 5 seconds.
There are rats in the walls.
There is black/green mold in every single mini-split unit. The entire apartment and building has a sour smell.
There is no ventilation in the windowless bathroom. Reddish mold builds up in the dark gray shower, which was most likely made to be dark gray to hide this.
One of the "bedrooms" is the size of a closet, not a legal bedroom (doesn't have a closet), but it's advertised as a 3 bedroom.
Advice to owner:
Get ready to be sued.

Super is great, but gives band aid solutions to apartment issues. Ex: painting over mold, painting over water leaks

It’s overpriced closet with fancy looking appliances that don’t work well

Nice people, the Hasko (the super) is great, washer and drier in most units
Cons:
The water takes a long time to heat up and leads to a waste of water. On average I’d say 5-10 min, with 20 min not being uncommon. The dishwasher would frequently leak, and whenever they tried to fix it it would start leaking again in a week. You can hear everything going on in other apartments. They will fine you if you go on the fire escape or roof. If it wasn’t so expensive it would be ab acceptable nyc apartment.
