Turn on the Heat!

Pros

Everything is new and there is security 24/7 at the front door.

Cons

No heat at all, the indoor temperature remains at 50 degrees. There is no hot water sometimes. There are Roaches and other little bugs crawling around. There is mold in bathroom. No response from Super regarding issues and no problem solving.

Advice to the owners

Respond to your tenants and turn on the heat.
