Cheap apartment good management
Very small units
Doormen are absolutely incredible, landlord is very kind, living areas are spacious for the price and it’s very close to the red line express, and no noise problems.
Only issue is that the heat sometimes feels like it’s lacking in the winter, but not to an extreme degree.
