lovely little lofts
Former Tenant
Pros:
each apt has 14 ft ceilings
large, bright loft like apartments -- really NYC unique
right above hoyt/schermerhorn ACG stops, with the 2/3 and 4/5 a few blocks away
Cons:
mgt is slow to respond to things
live right above the food stamp building, there's generally always a long line of ppl outside the entrance to the building.

Worse than it appears
Former Tenant
Pros:
The actual apartment units are spacious with big windows and high ceilings
Cons:
In arguably the worst area in downtown brooklyn, with no security or management of the waves of people outside waiting on lines for welfare or food stamps. Completely unsafe at night. Unresponsive and defensive management. Always under elevator or some other construction
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like human beings not just income.

Close to transport but lacked amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to metro
Cons:
Expensive, management refuses to talk to tenants
