Could have been so much better

Nice super
In-unit laundry
Cons:
Rats in the trash area, hot water constantly going out, water pipe burst in units
Advice to owner:
Fix the trash area, better heating

Pros:
Super was very responsive, building was up kept, beautiful apartments
Cons:
Some roaches but exterminator came regularly
Advice to owner:
I had a great experience with this property owner and would definitely recommend others to this building
