Building is mostly kept clean. Building has natural light. Neighbors are mostly quiet. Garbage & recycling is regularly collected. Laundry room. Close to everything.
Cons
Elevator is small. Old appliances but modern rent. Broken appliances are replaced with older appliances. Washing Machine & Dryers are sometimes unusable due to needed repair or needed cleaning or just user error making the machine one you don’t want to use. Neighbors are uncleanly often leaving trash around and leaving laundry room/machines in poor condition. No heat on some cold days. It is often difficult to get into contact with anybody from management to address and issue, concern, or even get a simple question answered.
