High ceilings, large rooms, good price for rent, super is great.

Cons

Mgmt requires constant micromanagement to get things done, roach / mouse issue is constant even with monthly maintenance, common areas are not well maintained

Great place, difficult to get responses

Pros

No pests, neighbors were nice, great location

Cons

Súper was very hard to get to show up and there was a leak in my room that they kept pasting over but not fixing. It was occasionally hard to get in contact with the landlord.
