My neighbor's are great. There are mostly families with children here The building is rarely ever cleaned.
The management doesn't fix anything they just bandaid the issue. The garbage in front of the building is rat infested and dirty.
Treat the building and the people with respect and take care of them as if you're living there. I'm sure you wouldn't want your children living in a dirty rat infested building.
