not worth the rent

Pros:
There is not much to like about the building, other than the fact that it is fairly close to the station on 59th. Also, the food in the neighborhood is good.
Cons:
Management is super unresponsive. There has been many problems, including the walls/ceiling literally starting to crumble a bit, I'm guessing due to plumbing/pipe issues. There is also another wall spot where it seems to have bubbled up. Also, LOTS OF ROACHES.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive with cleaning and pest control.
