Review Summary for 211-217 First Avenue LLC
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of buildings managed by 211-217 FIRST AVENUE LLC show a mixed management experience. Some tenants praise cleanliness, renovated units, and responsive management, highlighting well-kept buildings in prime locations with desirable amenities. However, other reviews reveal inconsistent garbage management, pest control issues, and occasional poor responsiveness, leading to frustration among renters. Noise levels vary depending on the building’s street-facing units, and automated processes sometimes hinder timely service. Prospective tenants should expect well-maintained spaces but remain aware of potential maintenance delays and pest concerns, reflecting a need for more consistent owner engagement and improved building upkeep.

Nice but seriously expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The renovated rooms are gorgeous, love the in unit washer and dryer, the dishwasher, and the amount of storage. The location is unbeatable.
Cons:
The management company is almost all automated, making it hard to get services when you absolutely need them. There is also a mice problem and packages keep getting stolen.
