Badly maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only positive is that it’s close to a lot of stores, and neighborhood is relatively quiet.
Cons:
Poorly maintained garbage disposal, lot of bugs and mice. Homeless people always laying I. The hallways. Poorly maintained hallways.
Advice to owner:
Spend money on better maintenance, and insect and pest control. Use better security to prevent homeless people from sleeping in the building.

DO NOT RENT HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
All the tenants are respectful and quiet
Cons:
Owner is unresponsive. I had no heat all winter long and I’ve always paid my rent and been a polite tenant. The main hallway areas and stairs are severely dirty. Human feces was left for 1 week in front of waste disposal bins. Superintendent cannot repair anything and gives you an attitude if he’s requested.
They never do any annual maintenance services. Sometimes the front door is broken
