Good but sometimes unresponsive management
Pros
Good building! Nice area and great tenants. Relatively clean.
Cons
Aggressive year over year rent hikes. Super was sometimes difficult to contact. Only two washer and dryers for the building (9 units) that do not work that great.
Advice to the owners
Stop raising the rent so much every year.

Really nice, friendly neighbors. Amazing neighborhood Responsive management company Huge space 2 laundry machines downstairs (though often in use)
Cons
We had an issue with mice. We're not the cleanest (but not super messy) and it was a 4 person apt, so maybe thats why. Though it always got bad as soon as someone in another apartment moved in or out, so probs a building wide issue. They had an exterminator come by once a month but it didn't seem to help. It's an old building with brick and the dust got very bad Construction next door is loud and I'd get hives if I left my window open
Advice to the owners
Seal cracks in all apartments to combat mice. Add garbage cans in front because it was always overfilling
