Good building, just overpriced
Pros
First off, I love the area. It’s quiet, has great spots to eat, and lots of good grocery stores. The building has many amenities and I never had any issues with pests or bad neighbors.
Cons
I’ve had quite a few packages stolen. The rent increases $300+ a year without any updates to the building so it’s quite overpriced for what you’re getting. And the landlord rarely responds, if ever, and is really rude to tenants. She doesn’t have much care for tenants, you are just a number and a paycheck. Maintenance also never replies to anything, I had to unclog our bathroom sink by myself when first moving in because he didn’t get back to us for over 2 months so we gave up on calling them.
