Super location off 2nd avenue, the Q/4/5/6 is great
Cons
Smells terrible in the hallways, in front of building and the “lobby” The laundry room is almost disgusting and with 2 dryers and 2 washers, they are not working half the time

Building is a little old with some weird quirks (no ventilation in bathroom)
