First Two Months in
Pros
Views of the park, nice floors, really great door persons.
Cons
Super rushed job to finish the building. SO many corners cut. Lot of things still not finished and should not have been rented. Lots of units with no washers and dryers installed. No curtains for the first month we were there so sleeping was tough in the morning. Water pressure and hot water are minimal. Management takes forever to respond. Amenity fees are being charged but all doors are open so no point with that.
Advice to the owners
Finish the job
