LOVE IT HERE (been here 2 years)

Pros:
-on site super is very nice and reachable!
-laundry in basement
-clean
-garage in basement is well managed
-no pest issues
Cons:
-only issue is it is slightly loud as you are right by Queensboro bridge (if your apartment is facing the street)

Pros:
Location Location Location. Has laundry in the building is a plus.
Cons:
Management is rather slow in dealing with issues. There was a time they were working on gas pipes or something outside and didnt give us any notice of it. The work gave me such a headache with the noise and the fumes. Also the super is not very responsive and doesn’t speak very good English. It’s difficult to communicate.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade yoself!
