Dirty, loud, and unsafe

Pros:
The water pressure was good.
Cons:
It took weeks to clean upon moving in, and is not Covid friendly. The on-sight sup and tenants are very loud and the walls are paper thin. There were three leaks during a 6 month period leading to concerns of mold. The landlord has control over the heat for all apartments in the building and it is not we’ll managed. There were times when the heat exceeded 95 F in the small bedrooms. Please avoid this place at all costs.
Advice to owner:
Clean the apartments between tenants. Do not use cheap coverup options to fixing leaks. Allow tenants to control their own heat.
