Good luxury building in East Village

Pros

Amazing rooftop, great staff, front desk guys are awesome. Rooftop views are legit, furnishing is sweet. We had the upper floor apartment with roof deck which was great. Feels like an oasis in the high energy of Alphabet city

Cons

Top floor apartments would get hot, great rooftop means more people drinking and partying, resulted in noise.
