Spacious Responsive landlord/super gas stove two full bathrooms close to trains lots of square footage for the price

Cons

Huge homeless population outside Poor heat retention poor heating system outdated/old fixtures

Advice to the owners

Double paned windows and/or a better heating system for the building.
