Landlord is a decent man but could be better

Pros

The neighbors are decent, the landlord tries to resolve any complaints and does any handy work himself. He and his son are very friendly but that of course isn't all that makes a good landlord

Cons

Ongoing rat infestation. The landlord buys the cheapest appliances possible.
