Overpriced. Not a real luxury building

Pros:
Roof is nice. However it’s not furnished like it is in listings. It’s just an open deck roof. Garbage chute on every floor. Close to Manhattan.
Cons:
Walls are super thin. Entrance is always dirty. Entrance hallway smells terrible 90% of the time. So many flies on balcony’s and roof. I swear seen rat droppings in the first floor. Laundry room should have more machines. Only 3 washers and dryers for over 20 units. Gym can use a facelift. Rent doesn’t include hot water. Electricity rates are high here.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the building better.

Definitely not a luxury apartment

Pros:
Good location. New building.
Cons:
Management is unresponsive. The building is not well maintained and is often dirty.
