Very Okay Building

Pros

tenants are great, laundry room is good, good bang for buck, with roof/view and close to the trains. Doorman.

Cons

there are roaches on the roof, their is heavy policing by one of the door men and the landlord. can sometimes be unresponsive with repairs in a building that is aging. Verizon wifi does not work on the east side apartments.

Pros

Doorman, very secure building, lots of laundry machines, the train is nearby, awesome neighborhood!

Cons

Didn’t like that you had to go outside to get to the gym.
