Decent but not great
Pros
Big windows & corner apartments, landlord is quick to respond, and building is nicely renovated
Cons
Ceiling leaks during heavy rain, mold in bathroom due to no built-in ventilation, trash on the sidewalk/street outside building

Best landlord I’ve ever had
Pros
I’ve since moved out of this building, but I frequently think about how much I miss how it was managed. The units were beautiful, but most importantly requests for repairs were resolved quickly and professionally repairs
Cons
The bar owner downstairs wasn’t pleasant or mindful of the fact that people lived nearby
