Reviews

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Sunlit apartment in a very convenient location

Pros

Modern finishings, very convenient location next to the L, and tons of natural light

Cons

Kitchen and living room are somewhat small

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Sketchy, leaking, loud

Pros

The basement is used for storage

Cons

Constantly leaking in every room of the apartment, took months for them to get around to fixing it and just moved the leak to other sides of the apartment, so never actually fixed Close to a very loud and busy street Has bath tub but not enough hot water to fill the tub Very bad communication with tenants Was locked out of the apartment several times because the front door lock code box was broken Cheaply remodeled and is already falling apart

Advice to the owners

When you remodel an apartment, paying for experts who know what they’re doing instead of taking shorts cut and doing half ass work will mean that you will constantly have maintenance issues. You get what you pay for, don’t make it the tenants problem when it’s your problem!
