Roach infestation made me leave
Pros
Great location, balcony is super cute and the neighbors are lovely.
Cons
This apartment had a roach infestation when I moved in and it didn’t get better the entire year I was there. The exterminator the landlord hired was not doing enough at all. They kept blaming the building next door for the roaches instead of upping their game. Also, there was a time the heat went out during the winter and it took a few hours for the landlord to respond when this was definitely an emergency.

Spacious and low key

Lots of closets, spacious, lots of sunlight, big kitchen, lots of cabinets, great part of the neighborhood, close to train, BALCONY
Cons
Landlord can be a bit hands off, but helpful when responsive
